Who I want to stay and who I want to leave the almighty Spurs?

Hugo Lloris

Llloris has only had one season at Spurs and he was great and I see great potential in him. Therefore, I want him and I am 99% sure he will stay.

Brad Friedel

Brad is a great keeper and although he is aging on a bit,  I would love him to stay.

Heurelho Gomes

Gomes has never really been in form for Spurs and to be honest the fans don't really like him. He recently went on a six-month loan to Hoffenheim and he played brilliant and down to him, Hoffenheim are still in the Bundesliga. I want him to leave and I'm pretty sure we will see him return to Germany!

Benoit Assou-Ekotto

Benoit has recently became the 'weak link' in the Spurs starting 11, mainly because of his injuries. I hope leaves next season so we can replace him with one of our targets Alvaro Pereira, Fabio Coentrao or Daniel Opare. I'm sure and I hope it will be a case of Bye,bye Benny this summer.

Kyle Naughton

Keep Kyle Naughton? Well it depends on the new players brought in. If we don't have enough new full backs he will be needed as a replacement for Kyle Walker. With Naughton, for once I don't really mind what decision is made.

Michael Dawson (C)

Michael Dawson, our rock of a captain! Michael has had the best season i've ever seen in a Spurs shirt- putting in 110% every game and stopping any trouble trying to get past the defence. I'm sure Dawson will stay and I will be very happy if he does.

Jan Vertonghen

Ex Ajax captain super Jan had a great debut season and managed to deservedly get into the Barclays premier league team of the season. I know Jan will stay and I know he is going to have some more great seasons in the future.

Younes Kaboul

Kaboul was very impressive in 2012 and I love him as a player. He is 6ft3 and very fast, I remember Kyle Walker saying in a interview that "no one knows about how fast Kaboul is and that in a race he could give the likes if myself, Gareth Bale and Aaron Lennon a run for our money". Anyway, now he is back in training Levy and AVB have been very impressed and they are looking forward to him getting back into the first team.

Steven Caulker

Tall, strong, young and overall good centre back Steven Caulker will not be a starting xi player next season due to the better options like Kaboul, Vertonghen and Dawson. I doubt he will go but there could be a possiblity. I would like him to stay as he could be a future first team player and he shows great potential.

Kyle Walker

Walker hasn't had the best season and he has been a bit clumsy but I'm sure he will have a better couple to come. We need to keep Walker.

Sandro Raniere

The beast that is Sandro, my favourite player in the Tottenham Hotspur team. Sandro unfortunately got injured at the start of the season and he was ruled out for the rest of the season. If he played the rest of the season and didn't get injured... Im 85% sure he would of made team of the season and maybe even won more awards (like Gareth Bale). Sandro will stay I'm sure and he will also easily make the first team next season.

Paulinho - New player. 1st team next season

Moussa Dembele

Moussa Dembele will be a first team player next season and I can't wait to watch our best attacking midfielder next season. Again, I'm sure he will stay.

Tom Caroll

Good young player. Not first team yet but it would be good if he stayed for future references.

Scott Parker

Pretty sure he will leave, not up to the standard anymore and it looks likely he will join QPR.

Jake Livermore

Good chance Jake will leave aswell, just because he isn't good enough. I'd like to see him join somewhere further down the table, Sunderland would suit him.

Tom Huddlestone

Almost left, we have accepted a £5million fee to join Sunderland. Great player for Sunderland !

Gylfi Sigurdsson

I love Gylfi and he is tottenhams number one super sub, I'm sure he will stay as he is a new player and I hope his next season is as good as his last.

Aaron Lennon

Small pacey player who is great on the ball. He had a much better season this year and I'm sure he will stay as there's a good chance he will have 1st team football at Spurs.

Jermaine Defoe

Spurs legend Jermaine Defoe is a clinical finisher and he is pretty quick. He is 31 years old and although he might not be in the starting xi every game, I'm sure he will stay.

Emannuel Adebayor

Just P@$! off. Beskitas £5million, yes! Sooner we get rid of him the better.

Gareth Bale

Real Madrid are keen for our main man and are willing to spend ridiculous amounts like 80-90million pounds and they are not going to give up until the end. There are newspaper stories all over the world about this move and they have worried the fans of Tottenham. He doesn't want to leave his wife and new born baby 'AVB' either. AVB even stated he won't let him go, even if the offers around £100million.

I hope you have enjoyed this blog and feel free to comment what you want, we will read them.

Spurs News Today 13/07/13

Spurs are 9/4 with SKYBET to sign Valencia striker Roberto Soldado. Most Spurs fans want Benteke instead but trust me this guy can score goals with an amazing goal ration of 1 goal every other game throughout his whole career.

Arsenal are set to bid just over £20 million for Spurs target and Brazil wonder kid Bernard.

AVB is happy with the progress of Sandro and Kaboul in training and well to me that news is just as good as us signing two new players.

On the topic of Sandro he has had a new hair cut. If I saw this running towards me when I had the ball on the pitch next year I would have to quickly change my pants.

Tottenham have been told that they will have to pay up to 25 million euros if they are to land Brazilian striker Leandro Damiao.

Spurs are believed to open bidding for Christian Benteke next week with a bid believed to be around £20 million.

Player Awards

Favourite Player- Gareth Bale

This was an easy choice for me as Gareth has shined this season and he has proved that he is one of the best players in the world. All season Gareth has been going on terrific runs using his blistering pace and then scoring sensational long range goals with that golden left boot he has!

Goal of the season for me!

Favourite substitute- Gylfi Siqurrdson

Gylfi has had a great season at Spurs this year and when he got brung on for 20-30 minutes, he made an impact! He either scored goals or set them up every time he got brung on! Next season Spurs are looking like they will have an extremely strong attack and I doubt there will be any room for Sigurrdson in the first but hopefully he can carry on being a super sub next season.

Biggest improvement- Michael Dawson

Michael Dawson had to work his butt off to get back into Tottenhams first team after not having strong enough seasons in the past but he proved his point to AVB and had a magnificent season!

Biggest disappointment- Sandro's injury

Sandro; my favourite player before he was injured and when I heard he was gonna be out for so long I was so upset! He would have easily made Team of the Season and maybe even Player of the season!

Who is Nacer Chadli ???

Spurs are believed to be in talks with FC Twente over the player Nacer Chadli but, who is he ???

Nacer Chadli is a 23 year old Belgium footballer who plays for the Dutch club FC Twente. After a great youth career at AGOVV Apeldoorn where he played 90 games and scored 28 goals while playing on the wing he joined FC Twente in the summer of 2010. Within the season of joining being just 19 he got into the first team and scored his first ever Eredivisie goal away to PSV their title rivals which was sweet but what made it even sweeter was that it was the winning goal. Some of you Spurs fans may know Chadli already due to his first ever Champions League goal happening against Tottenham
where he scored a sweetly struck free kick. At FC Twente he has played 80 games scoring 21 goals. Due to having a great career at FC Twente he has also had his chances for the Belgium National team although he has a Moroccan ancestry. He made his international debut against Finland and has since appeared 14 times scoring twice.

I think that Nacer Chadli is a good player who is capable of scoring goals and would link up well with our other Belgium players Jan Verthongen and Moussa Dembele. However I feel that the winger positions at Spurs are great already with Gareth Bale and Aaron Lennon and although Chadli is a good player and for sure I would like him at the Lane I just feel that the money spent on him could be spent on a better and more needed player.

Tell me your thoughts on Chadli and whether we should sign him or not

New Signing for Spurs?

Daniel Opare.

As some of you may know Ghana international and right back from the Juplier pro league (Belgium) Daniel Opare has been rumoured to join Spurs. I have not seen him play myself but I know he is extremely quick and is only 22 years old. In 2007 Opare was one of the most promising teenagers in the world! He is a right back but can also play left back and he would be a great cover for Walker and Ekotto and market priced at £1.3 million he wouldn't knock much of our transfer budget !

Spurs midfield

New Brazilian star centre midfielder and ex corinthians player Paulinho is now a Spurs player and i am pretty sure he will be a first team one aswell as this normally happens when a new signing is made, the manager must believe in him.

But the question is whos place does he take and who will leave?

In my opinion 3 centre midfielders will get a first team spot next season and they are Dembele, Sandro and Paulinho. Them 3 will be unbelieveable together next season and I think Spurs will be very solid in the centre of midfield and probably the best in the league. Anyway, onto who I think will leave? The 3 I can think of are Scott Parker, Tom Huddlestone and Jake Livermore.

Why Jake Livermore?

The reason I am sure Livermore will go elsewhere is because he is just not at the level Tottenham need. I think he would  do well at a team like Southampton so he gets a first team place and it will be a good way to develop him into a better player.

Why Scott Parker?

It pains me to say this as I love Scotty P because he works extremely hard but overall he is just not good enough and he will not get a first team place.

And finally, why Tom Huddlestone?

Another player I like to watch and a player I think who has great ability with his rocket of a shot and to be honest the best word that you could describe him with is, a beast! Although, I think Tom needs to leave because of injuries he has lost his touch and I find he can be clumsy on the ball.

Comment your starting line up for next season ( add transfer targets if you want )

Tottenham player reviews !

Hugo Lloris -

You don't realise how good this man is until you are sitting 10 yards behind him watching him save the ball from going into the net whilst the ball is travelling very fast into the top corner. What makes him so good is his incredible super, super fast reactions and his world class diving ability. It takes a lot to get past Hugo and I think him and David De Gea are the best keepers in the premier league. Rating 8.5.

Kyle Walker -

Kyle's season could have been better and I expected a lot more from him, I think he has been a bit too clumsy this season. But, he is just 23 years old so he has a lot more to prove. Rating 6.

Jan Vertonghen -

Ex Ajax captain Jan Vertonghen has been my signing of the season I cant stress how much I love this guy and Jan deservedly earned a place in the BPL Team Of The Season! Jan is the best defender in the premier league alongside Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany. Rating 10.

Michael Dawson -

The rock in the defence and captain Michael Dawson had to work harder than anyone else for a starting 11 place in the team and boy he deserves it. His passion and determination is something to admire. Rating 8.

Benoit Assou - Ekotto -

What a disappointment Benny has been, his injuries obviously affecting him but there is a desperate change needing to be made as he is not at a high enough level to satisfy our needs. Rating 4.

Moussa Dembele -

Moussa has had a great season and he has been our best attacking midfielder all season. He can just skip past players with a bit of speed and find a great pass or even have a shot on goal. Rating 8.

Gareth Bale -

HEEEEEHEEEEE, well... I am lost for words. Gareth has often been a ' one man team ' as Arsenal fans like to say and he has been ridiculously good attracting attention from all around the world. Gareth is a pleasure to watch and what he does is abnormal. He proved this by winning every possible awards he could have won. The last player to this was Christiano Ronaldo himself. Rating 10.

Gylfi Sigurrdson -

In my opinion Gylfi is the most under rated player in football, I think I see something in him no one else does. Gylfi was usually brung on at around 70-80 minutes by boss AVB and has got an assist or even a goal every time. Rating  9, he couldn't have done much more for us.

Emmanuel Adebayor -

Adebayor needs to be sent somewhere else now he is not wanted at Tottenham for having such a dreadful season. He got better near the end but it was all... too little, too late. Rating 3.

The 2012-2013 season of Tottenham Hotspur !

When Harry Redknapp left and the Portugese Manager AndrĂ© Villas Boas ( AVB ) came in the fans of Tottenham were not very happy and considering we had a worrying start to the season it didn't look like AVB would be at the lane for long. In the past AVB had been sacked by Chelsea and yet again this made the chances of doing well even smaller.

The start of the season was very bad for us considering we started with 1 loss ( Newcastle ) and 2 draws ( Norwich and West Brom at home ) and well... the fans of Spurs were furious and they took their anger out on AVB from giving him boos and singing nasty songs.

But then AVB, pulled his Blue and White army together and took Spurs on a great run and even bagging a win against the league champions Manchester United at Old Trafford!

By Christmas time we had an unbelieveable away record and we then carried on our form in January by taking a 1-1 draw against Manchester United.

The end of the season was not too far away and we were desperate for a place in the Champions League so we had to battle it out with North London rivals Arsenal and the boys from Stamford Bridge Chelsea. We should have been in a better position by April time but we dropped a few too many silly points, losing away to Wigan and conceding two late goals at Everton. Although, we bounced back with a great 3-1 win against Manchester City at home scoring 3 goals in 10 minutes ! I was at that game myself and I can assure you the atmosphere was incredible.

After Chelsea went clear and just managed to guarantee a 3rd place spot the battle came down to 2, Arsenal and Spurs. It all came down to the last game of the season! If both teams won Arsenal would get 4th but if we got 3 points and Arsenal didn't we would have had 4th but, unfortunately both teams won and Arsenal grabbed Champions League.

Overall, AVB had a great first season and we deserved Champions League football !!!
